BMW E38/E39/E46/E53 chassis’ as well as the first generation MINI accelerator modules utilize an adapter plate in the pedal assembly that can be susceptible to breaking when using force. Please use extreme caution when installing on these applications. If the adapter plate breaks and needs to be replaced it can be ordered through your local dealer or online using OEM part #35426772702 (E38, E39, E53 & First Gen. MINI) or #35426772703 (E46).
